Your Charity's Profile Page has had a refresh!
What are Charity Profile Pages?
Your Charity’s Profile Page is a dedicated webpage that provides information about your charity. It serves as a central hub for potential donors and supporters to learn more about your charity's mission and impact.
Your profile page can be shared with potential supporters and is searchable from the JustGiving home page.
Here's how we've improved your Charity's Profile Page.
- Your charity’s brand will be front and centre with a new profile cover photo.
- The prominence of single and regular donation prompts highlight how donations can really make a difference to your cause.
- Better organisation of content makes it easier for your supporters to view donation messages and active fundraising pages.
How can my charity make changes to our Profile Page?
- Log in to your charity account.
- Click on the Branding tab followed by 'Logo and description'
- Click 'Edit your charity profile page cover photo'.
- Upload your charity's new profile cover image.
- Add your charity’s logo, description and impact statement if these are missing from your existing profile page. If you already have these saved, they will pull through onto your new profile page.
- Add donation prompts.
With the page URL changing, are we required to update the links we have on our website?
The URL of your Profile Page has changed but a redirect has been put in place. The old page link will redirect supporters to your new Profile Page but we do suggest you update the old link where possible and begin sharing the new one.
Why is my charity’s cover image showing a JustGiving image and brand colour?
This is an auto-generated cover image as you haven't uploaded an image for your charity. Click here to log into your account and 'Edit your charity profile page cover photo'.
