Updating your details and managing your email notifications

Updating your details within your charity account.

You can update the following from within your charity account:

• Your name 
• Your email address
• Your password

How do I update my details?

1. Log in to your charity account.
2. Select the drop-down arrow in the top right corner next to your charity’s name.
3. Click on ‘Account settings’.
4. From your user profile you can update your details.

What automated email notifications can I receive through JustGiving? 

The two notification emails you can receive are as follows:

Fundraising page creation alert – we’ll send you an alert when new fundraising pages are created and you can log in to your charity account to view a summary.

Expiring fundraising page alert – we'll send you an alert email when fundraising pages are expiring so you can thank you fundraisers. You can log in to your charity account to view a summary.

Managing your email notifications:

1. Log in to your charity account.
2. Select the drop-down arrow in the top right corner next to your charity’s name.
3. Click on ‘Email preferences’ (see image above).
4. Choose which ones you’d like to receive from the list of emails we send.
5. Save your preferences.
