Updating your details within your charity account.
You can update the following from within your charity account:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your password
How do I update my details?
- Log in to your charity account.
- Select the drop-down arrow in the top right corner next to your charity’s name.
- Click on ‘Account settings’.
- From your user profile you can update your details.
What automated email notifications can I receive through JustGiving?
The two notification emails you can receive are as follows:
Fundraising page creation alert – we’ll send you an alert when new fundraising pages are created and you can log in to your charity account to view a summary.
Expiring fundraising page alert – we'll send you an alert email when fundraising pages are expiring so you can thank you fundraisers. You can log in to your charity account to view a summary.
Managing your email notifications:
- Log in to your charity account.
- Select the drop-down arrow in the top right corner next to your charity’s name.
- Click on ‘Email preferences’ (see image above).
- Choose which ones you’d like to receive from the list of emails we send.
- Save your preferences.
