How to Contact Support (US and Canada)


Support for existing US and Canadian charity customers is provided by Blackbaud’s award winning support team. You’ll need your log in in order to get in touch with support.

If you don’t have a log in you’ll need to contact your organization’s site administrator who can invite you to create a account.  Note your log in is different than your JustGiving from Blackbaud log in.
