What is a 'Bounced Payment'?
Bounced payments occur when JustGiving attempts a payment to your charity bank account, but the bank rejects the payment and passes it back to us. This can happen if your bank account has changed and we are not updated, or if the bank in question rejects the payments from us for their own internal reasons.
What action is required?
An admin to your charity's JustGiving account will be required to verify your charity's bank details with JustGiving, even if they have not changed.
Please send over one of the following supporting documents to changemydetails@justgiving.com:
· an original bank statement (less than three months old)
· a stamped and signed letter from your bank on official letterhead, verifying your account details
· a voided cheque or paying in slip
