If you want to change the bank account we pay your donations into, you'll need to fill out our change of bank details form and email it to us. You can download one at the bottom of this page.
You'll also need to send us one of the following supporting documents:
- an original bank statement (less than three months old)
- a stamped and signed letter from your bank on official letterhead, verifying your account details
- a voided cheque or paying in slip
Once you have everything email it to changemydetails@justgiving.com.
If you’re in the US or Canada and processing through Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) you’ll need to update your account in your BBMS Web Portal.

To change the bank account that your JustGiving subscription fee is paid from, you'll need to fill in the Direct Debit form found in this article.
