We do not charge a platform fee - Instead donors have the option to make a voluntary contribution to the cost of maintaining our platform if they wish.
- If JustGiving is your Gift Aid agent, there is a 5% fee on the Gift Aid from each donation.
- Across JustGiving (with the exception of Giving Checkout*), our payment processing fee is 1.9%+30p per transaction which covers card provider charges, set by external card providers.
- If the donation is made in another currency, then the processing fee is 2.90%+30p per transaction.
*Giving Checkout donations have 0% fees - there are no platform or payment processing fees.

We offer 2 different subscription plans for charities on JustGiving. Charities who are new to JustGiving are able to join on our Start Plan with no monthly subscription fee.
For charities who would like a few more tools from JustGiving, we offer our Grow Plan, which has a £15+VAT or a £39+VAT monthly charge, depending on how many donations are being processed through JustGiving.
For both of these plans, there are no joining fees and no annual commitment.
