How do I log in to my charity account?
Head to our login page
After you’ve entered your email address and password, you’ll be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication. You’ll only have to do this once. Then, moving forward, after you have entered your email address and password, you’ll be prompted to provide an access code. Once you have provided an access code received by text message or an authentication app, you’ll have access to your account.

I don't have any log-in details, how do I get these?
Speak to your account Administrator who will be able to add you as a user. The account Administrator is often the person who completed the initial application for the charity to join JustGiving. If you do not know who your account administrator is contact our Support Team.
How can I change my login details?
Use your existing details to log in to your charity account and follow these steps:
- Log in to your charity account.
- Select the drop-down arrow in the top right corner next to your charity’s name
- Click on ‘Account settings’
- From your user profile you can update your details.
I've forgotten my login details
If you've forgotten your password, just head to the log in screen and select Forgot your password? Then just enter your email, click Reset Password and we'll email you a link to reset your password.
