We send Gift Aid claims to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) on a weekly basis, for all donations made the previous week. It can take HMRC a couple of weeks to process claims.
Once HMRC sends the Gift Aid back to us, we deduct our 5% donation fee and send the payment to you in the next available weekly Gift Aid payment.
