The New Fundraising Page and Expired Fundraising Page email notifications have been updated, and will now prompt you to view a new summary within your charity account. Subscribe to these alerts
You will receive emails when fundraising pages are created or expire. The new in-account summary will display the fundraiser’s chosen campaign, fundraising target and communication preferences - allowing you to better steward your donors and fundraisers.
Other useful details, such as donation activity, will now be visible and kept up-to-date with running totals.

How do I subscribe to these alerts?
Log in to your charity profile. Navigate to settings, and then email preferences. At the bottom of the page under the email preferences heading, select edit so you can update your preferences and opt-in to these alerts.
Please also complete any blank fields for either the login email, first name or last name - ensuring these details match the details you use to login to JustGiving.
Remember to save your changes before exiting.
How do I access my new fundraising page summary?
Follow the prompts from the email notification to log in and view your new or expired pages.
At this moment in time, you can only access the summary using the link in the email notification. We’re working towards making this feature directly available from your charity account in future.
