This article is to be used by organisations that are closing or merging. If you need to cancel your JustGiving account, and your charity is not closing, please follow this guide.
If your charity has closed or merged, or will do so in the near future, please use the contact form below and select 'My charity is closing or merging' to submit your charity's details and request to close your JustGiving account.
Please note, as your charity is closing or merging, submitting in a request to close your JustGiving account means that within 24 hours of your requested date:
- you will no longer be able to access your JustGiving account and reporting.
- no new fundraising pages can be set up for your charity.
- your charity will no longer appear in our search results.
- any existing pages and recurring donations will also be cancelled and no new donations will be made.
By submitting the request, you acknowledge that you understand the account will be closed fully as outlined above.
If your charity has already closed, please log into your account first to download any reports from the account before proceeding with the closure request.
