We are using OpenAI to power Story Enhancer - a feature designed to support fundraisers to tell impactful stories. The feature can be found within the Story Editor, used for creating a Fundraising Page.
The Story Enhancer feature is optional for Fundraisers to use and there are two steps. Step 1 allows fundraisers to analyse the tone of their story (for example, they will be told if it sounds casual, or formal, motivational, informative, etc). Step 2 allows fundraisers to choose how they would like their story to sound and it is rewritten for them. They then have the option to use this new story, their previous story or a combination.

What can we do if the Open AI service misrepresents our organisation?
We’re working hard to ensure that OpenAI only creates content which is accurate and appropriate, and continuously monitor the technology for any inaccuracies. If you’d like to report a problem, please contact us via our contact form.
Can I see which Fundraising Pages have used Story Enhancer in charity reporting?
Story Enhancer is in its early stages of development, which means you won’t be able to track use of the feature within charity reporting just yet. This is something that we’re exploring and will keep you posted once we have an update.
