How do I upgrade from the Start Plan to the Grow plan?
Log in to your Start Plan account and click on the Reports tab. Then click the 'Upgrade account' button to begin the application.
The Grow Plan costs £15 (+VAT) a month and gives you access to more features and full reporting for your charity account! You can see the features below:
Please note, while you are in the process of upgrading your account you won’t be able to access your charity's profile page, active Fundraising and Campaign Pages. No new donations can be processed through Campaigns or your main page during this time.

Will I be able to see data for every donor who makes a donation?
Donors on JustGiving are given the option to remain anonymous or pass their details onto the charity. If the donor has chosen to remain anonymous, we are not able to pass their information onto you. Any information we are able to provide should appear in your reports, including the donor's name and email address.
Will I be able to access donor data for previous donations made while my organisation was on the Start Plan?
Once the account is upgraded to the Grow plan, we will start asking your supporters to opt in/out of the consent statement which means you'll only be able to see donor details from the point you upgrade.
